TalkToTask is a digital service delivered entirely through WhatsApp — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Access is activated automatically and immediately once a customer signs up and begins their free trial; no waiting period or manual setup is required on our end.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance (or in a discounted multi-month block, where offered) via card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer, after a 30-day free trial. Because access is granted immediately on payment, completed billing-period charges are non-refundable. A customer may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges occur after cancellation.
