Terms & Conditions

1. By using TalkToTask, you accept these terms.
2. TalkToTask provides WhatsApp-based bookkeeping, staff-account, and reminder tools.
3. You are responsible for your WhatsApp number and for staff access you authorize.
4. You may not use the service unlawfully or store data you are not permitted to hold.
5. Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled, subject to the Refund Policy.
6. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkToTask is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
8. These terms may be updated; continued use after an update means acceptance.
9. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
